  • Involved in all aspects of the planning process
  • Prepare and update the wedding budget
  • Provide and liaison with all vendors and suppliers, maximum 2 visits per supplier/vendor

  • Provide a time-line agenda for the wedding day
  • Create a schedule for vendor payments
  • Up to 7 – 1 hour consultations

  • Full Planning Package Ideal for weddings of 250 Guests and up

Wedding Day Event Co-ordination

We are available for hire just for the day of your Wedding. We can assist for a few hours or for the whole day to make sure that everything goes exactly as planned. Let us take the worry away from you so that you and your loved ones can fully enjoy the day!

Full Day: $999.00

Wedding Design Board

With information gathered from our initial consultation we will provide you with a Design Board with ideas envisioned by you and executed by us and prepared especially for the both of you. This will help with the execution of a perfect Wedding Day.

Included in the Design Board is a list of Vendors/Suppliers that we recommend to put your dreams into reality.

Wedding Day Co-ordination Includes

  • We create a Wedding Day Agenda with Couple
  • Includes 2 consultations prior to the wedding 1.5-2 hours each
  • Unlimited Emails or Calls 1 month prior to the wedding date
  • 3 hour shopping trip
  • Help with Stationery Ordering for day of wedding
  • Help with Table Seating Arrangements
  • Attend Rehearsal
  • Bridal Consultant on site from 10am to 10pm or as needed
  • Bridal Consultant to ensure that all deliveries are made in a timely manner
  • To ensure all Décor Vision is executed as per couples instruction
  • To help with organization and layout of all items eg. Menu, Favors, Place cards, Receiving Line Table,
  • Deal with all issues arising on day of the wedding
  • Liason with Venue Manager
  • Ensure the comfort of all guests or to answer any questions if needed
  • Ensure that all people with allergies get special dinners
  • Check seating plan prior to reception
  • Greet guests as they arrive and direct them if needed
  • Keep Agenda as per schedule
  • Text Bride with reminders of timelines

  • Ensuring atmosphere and mood of wedding is flowing well
  • Deal with any issues arising to ensure the Bride and Groom can sincerely enjoy their day

  • Bridal Consultant to have Emergency Kit for Bride and Groom on hand & ready

Hourly Consultations

These hourly consultations are great for the brave at heart who wish to go it alone, but may still need guidance with budgeting, guidelines, etiquette, menu suggestions, décor & design ideas, and end or/supplier recommendations.

Per Hour Charge: $75.00
