  • Ideal for weddings of 150 Guests or up

  • Involved in all aspects of the planning and research process
  • First meeting is a Budget and Wedding Inspiration Design Board meeting 2-2.5 hours
  • Provide and liaison with all vendors and suppliers, maximum 2 visits per supplier/vendor
  • Negotiate 1 contract per vendor category and review contracts and work in the clients best interest
  • Provide a time-line agenda for the wedding day
  • Up to 7 – 1 hour consultations

  • Unlimited Emails or Calls 1 month prior to the wedding date
  • Includes a final details meeting – 1 hour
  • 1 Bridal Co-ordinator for 1pm-7pm or 2pm-8pm or 3pm-9pm shift

Half Day Co-ordination Package is customized to the client’s needs. The client can choose any 6 hours they desire and depending on hours chosen, will indicate the level of responsibility of the planner for the event.
Add an extra hour for $75.00.

Wedding Day Event Co-ordination

We are available to help execute flawlessly the day of your Wedding. We can assist for a few hours or for the whole day to make sure that everything goes exactly as planned. Let us take the worry away from you so that you and your loved ones can fully enjoy the day!

Full Day: $999.00

Off Season – November, December, January, February, March – $ 899.00

Wedding Design Board – $199.00

With information gathered from our initial consultation we will provide you with a Design Board with ideas envisioned by you and executed by us and prepared especially for the both of you. This will help with the execution of a perfect Wedding Day.

Included in the Design Board is a list of Vendors/Suppliers that we recommend to put your dreams into reality.

Wedding Day Co-ordination Includes

  • We create the Wedding Day Agenda in a 2 hour meeting
  • Includes 2 consultations prior to the wedding 3 -4 hours total
  • Unlimited Emails or Calls 1 month prior to the wedding date
  • Help with Stationary Ordering for day of
  • Help with Table Seating Arrangements
  • Attend Rehearsal and do a full walk thru with family and bridal party
  • Bridal Consultant on site from 10am to 10pm(full 12 hrs) can be 11am to 11pm or 12pm to 12am
  • We ensure that all deliveries are made in a timely manner
  • To ensure all Décor and Flowers and Details is executed as per couples instruction
  • To help with organization and layout of all items eg. Menu, Favors, Place cards, Receiving Line Table, Cake Table,
  • Deal with all issues arising on day of the wedding
  • Liaison with Venue Manager to ensure organized flow of the evening
  • Ensure the comfort of all guests or to answer any questions if needed
  • Ensure that all people with allergies get special dinners
  • Check seating plan prior to reception and deal with any seating issues as they arise
  • Greet guests as they arrive and direct them if needed
  • Keep Agenda as per schedule
  • Reminder for Speeches
  • Ensuring atmosphere and mood of wedding is flowing well
  • Deal with any issues arising to ensure the Bride and Groom can sincerely enjoy their day

Hourly Consultations

These hourly consultations are great for the brave at heart who wish to go it alone, but may still need guidance with budgeting, guidelines, etiquette, menu suggestions, décor & design ideas, and end or/supplier recommendations.

Per Hour Charge: $75.00

* Prices applicable for 250 guests. Please add additional $250 for up to 500 guests and additional $500 for 1000 guests
